Kern River Campout

Date: July 14-15, 2018

Location: Kernville, CA

Cost: Free. Must be a member of either Southern Sierra Fly Fishers, Pasadena Casting Club, Backcountry Hunters and Anglers or Kern River Conservancy. 

Agenda: 

Saturday  

9 AM: River clean-up with Kern River Convervancy - meet at the Headquarters Campground

12 PM: Lunch and Seminar - Kern River Fly Shop

Afternoon: Free (for those wanting to fish, groups will be formed and disperse with, hopefully, a somewhat experienced fisherman in each group to lend as "semi-guide" in suggesting locations, etc.)

6 PM: Pint Night and Social Hour - The Backyard at Kern River Brewing Company

Sunday  

9 AM: Backcountry Hunters and Anglers-led Hike - meet at the Headquarters Campground

Afternoon: Free, pack-up, head out

Note: PCC and BHA will be camping at Headquarters CG. SSFFC members wanting to campout are encouraged to do so, but not required.
