Details: Join Southern Sierra Fly Fishers for a weekend in the Sequoias in Grouse Valley and Beyond. We have reserved the cabins for the entire weekend! We will be in the Lakeside Cabin, sleeps 12/2 bath, and the Hillside Cabin, sleeps 10/1 bath.

Arrival: Friday, June 1, 2018 any time after 3:00 pm. Carpooling recommended, only 4 cars per cabin allowed to park inside the gates.

Departure: Sunday, June 3, 2018 by 10:00 am

Meals: SSFFC will provide Saturday night dinner. Bring your own breakfasts, lunches, Fri dinner and beverages. The cabins are fully equipped.

Fishing: 2 ponds by the cabins: bass, bluegill Tule River: heritage trout. Lake Success: bass,
carp, trout C****s Creek: heritage trout

Fly Tying: Saturday pm with the Buhler Brothers

What to bring: bedding, towels, toiletries, fishing gear, fly tying equipment

The county road from Springville to the cabin is narrow with many sharp turns, and vehicles over 22 feet are not advised. Take Highway 190 east from Porterville to Springville. After passing through Springville, take a left on Balch Park Road. Drive approximately 10.5 miles, then turn left onto Blue Ridge Dr./Co Route 276/Mtn Rd 276. Travel 6 miles to arrive at the Upper Grouse Valley Area on the right.
